Founder/ President - Ryan Rhoads

Ryan is a motivated digital artist and entrepreneur who takes great pride in his work and relationships. He is a visionary with his feet on the ground, helping our clients meet their objective, whether that is lead generation or creating a fun, positive environment at the event.
He is armed with a BFA degree in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University and over 10 years of Corporate Design Experience. His technical abilities and interests combined with his 20 years of being a caricature artist are celebrated in this new form of "Art Entertainment".
Ryan is a member of the ISCA (International Society of Caricature Artists), a top earner in Gigmasters.com.

Co-Founder - "Digital Diva" - Kelly Rhoads

Kelly may not be a technology nerd like the rest of the team, but she brings to DCL years of directing and management to complete the group. She is the smile manager as well and makes sure the office runs smoothly and that the artists are prepared for every event. With the busy schedules, having a "mission control" to oversee the high-level needs is always helpful. For some events she is brought on to use the ipad to email the digital files at the event immediately!

Kelly is also an active assistant to local events and is very involved in community relations and is looking forward to becoming a dolphin trainer on the side :)
